I am not sure why people who use RL think this is a good idea, and I really don't mean from a company standpoint. I would suggest RS gold from the stand point that, if Jagex did"buy" RL and make it the official customer, then you can bet your bum one of two things would occur. Either A. They would go through the whole plug-in list using a fine-toothed comb and eliminate a BUNCH of these (including a number of you fav"QoL" plug-ins). Or B. They would poll the yield of EVERY plug-in, then you would STILL shed plug-ins to them failing in the surveys. You're losing out. Keeping RL unofficial is in your interest in the event you wish to keep plug-ins that would be if Jagex shot over, be removed.

You can check my remark history. I have talked with MANY different people over the past couple of months, also gotten VERY different answers as to what plug-ins they want to see make their way into the official customer if RL were purchased. And yes, there ARE and plug-ins being cheated by other borderline. There are also people who want some of the items listed in the latest blog. Not speaking tile markers, I mean stuff like the Cerb prayer not to mention in the previous wave. Just because YOU have what you believe to be reasonable expectations, does not mean others do.

Even though plenty of people are trolling with answers here, I don't see why Jagex isn't contemplating buying RL unless they wanted a great deal. For every OSRS update could be a drop in the bucket for them, even as is and cover one person to upgrade the customer. Plus it includes reddit trolls being joyful. As a business minded person (CPA) I've been wondering this for a very long time. Even if the business that owns Jagex is hoping to sell them off it is still a wise purchase for this Jagex that makes it more appealing for an investor. Does anybody know if Jagex has tried and was turned away possibly?

OSRS has been as far as software and games goes - it is an integral component of the experience of what OSRS for people and even though the client is bad and dated. For many users, if they upgraded to a new customer it would get rid of the feel and individuality of what is OSRS. Don't piss off your clients. OSRS has almost no control appeal for anyone who hasn't played RS and I'd be missing if they took away what caused it to feel just like the OG. I came back because it was exactly as I remembered it (mostly). If a customer update was I would be fucking missing and would not feel as inclined to find out that the system around again.

A third party client buy-out would bring cheap rs3 gold about an increase but for security of its users as well as the business pride. Generally, purchasing a business because they made something better to the game than you did yourself is not going to impress any investor about your internal development team and leadership team. If they require a new client didn't leadership have you made earlier internally and identify this?
